Tim joined Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties in 2022. Before CAPHR he worked as a RESNET HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Rater at GDS Associates, Inc., Energy Manager at the New Hampshire Army National Guard, Building Energy Specialist at RISE, and Field Manager at Next Step Living, Inc. His credentials include Association of Energy Engineers Certified Energy Manager (CEM), RESNET HERS Rater, and Energy Star Certified Homes, Home Energy Rater. Tim earned his Business Administration degree from Norwich University and studied Energy Technology at Lakes Region Community College. He began his career as an officer in the United States Army. He lives in East Kingston with his wife. Outside of work they enjoy being active outdoors. Two mini horses, Abby and Joy, and a Black Lab, Link, round out their family.
